Bergajito

The Bergajito is a non-alcoholic twist on the classic mojito, designed to highlight the elegant and natural sweetness of bergamot. Fresh, aromatic, and easy to make, it combines the liveliness of mint and lime with the smoothness of Gazosa La Fiorenzana Bergamot, creating a well-balanced and highly refreshing mocktail. Perfect for you as an aperitif, for summer events, or as a sociable non-alcoholic alternative.

Ingredients

120 ml • Gazosa La Fiorenzana Bergamot
1 tsp • Brown sugar
1/2 • Lime
8 leaves • Fresh mint
as needed • Ice

Preparation

Place the lime wedges at the bottom of a tall glass. Add the brown sugar (if using). Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press the lime to release its juice (without damaging the peel). Add the mint leaves and lightly press them to release their aroma. Fill the glass with ice up to the top. Slowly pour in the Gazosa La Fiorenzana Bergamot. Stir gently from bottom to top to combine all the ingredients. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Tip

For an even fresher version, add 10 ml of extra lime juice. If you prefer it less sweet, omit the sugar entirely: Gazosa La Fiorenzana Bergamot is already well balanced. Serve with a short straw or a stirrer for a more elegant presentation.
