Ingredients
120 ml • Gazosa La Fiorenzana Grapefruit
45 ml • Gin
15 ml • Aperol®
5 ml • Passoã®
as needed • Ice
Preparation
Pour the gin, Aperol, and PassoĂŁ into a shaker with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top up with Gazosa La Fiorenzana Grapefruit to the rim. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of grapefruit or passion fruit.
